Landmark Aquatic proudly led the design-build of both the indoor and outdoor aquatic amenities at Margaritaville Resort Kansas City, which officially opened in June 2025. Inside, guests are welcomed by a vibrant leisure pool featuring underwater bench seating, a basketball hoop, a Poolside Adventures AquaClimb, and an exhilarating NINJACROSS™ obstacle course—offering engaging fun and fitness for all ages.

Outdoors, the resort-style oasis showcases a zero-entry pool with Life Floor slip-resistant surfacing, Vortex interactive water features, in-water lounging ledges, underwater tables and bench seating, a SplashTacular waterslide, and serene waterfall accents—perfectly blending family-friendly fun with tropical relaxation.

Our turnkey scope also included full installation of the mechanical, filtration, pump, and chemical control systems. With trusted equipment from Neptune Benson, BECS, Westlake Chemical, Lochinvar, and more, the resort benefits from year-round water quality, safety, and operational reliability.

Webster Groves Aquatic Center

This project stands out as a truly exceptional example of Landmark Aquatic’s design-build capabilities—delivered on an accelerated schedule despite significant weather-related challenges. From concept to completion, our team demonstrated adaptability, collaboration, and a steadfast commitment to excellence, resulting in a facility that pushes creative and logistical boundaries.

The aquatic complex features an eight-lane competition pool equipped with a NINJACROSS™ system, two dive stands, starting blocks, and custom-engineered stadium seating shaded by a striking 60-foot solar steel cantilever. Designed to host competitive swim meets and recreational use, this space will serve the community for generations.

The zero-entry leisure pool is outfitted with custom Life Floor surfacing and the facility name embedded in the deck—a nod to the city’s legacy of inclusivity in aquatics. It also includes multiple interactive play features, a play unit, and an impressive tower slide structure featuring a Traxx Racer, stand-up slide (the tallest of its kind in the Northern Hemisphere), and a closed flume slide for varied rider experiences.

A separate kiddie pool offers a family slide, Life Floor entry, and engaging play features tailored for younger guests. The site is further enhanced by Funbrellas, an extensive egress system, and a bioretention pond that supports sustainable site management. Landmark also led the renovation of the existing bathhouse, transforming concessions, restrooms, and office spaces to align with the new facility’s high standards.

Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 400

Landmark Aquatic proudly served as the aquatic contractor for the HC MUD 400 project in Humble, TX, completed in April 2024, managing the installation of the new municipal pool and its mechanical systems.

The district invested approximately $5 million in site improvements, which included demolition of the existing pool, playground, and splashpad, followed by construction of a modern aquatic center with a new pool, splash zone, playground, soccer field, and associated hardscaping and utilities.

Landmark’s team installed the pool along with the Vortex slide and water features, recreational equipment, and all pumping, filtration, piping, heating, and control equipment—overseeing complete pump-room build-out to ensure reliable operation. This comprehensive upgrade delivers enhanced recreational amenities and high-quality aquatic infrastructure to support the Humble community’s diverse needs.

City of Gillette Municipal Pool

Landmark Aquatic proudly served as the aquatic contractor for the City of Gillette, WY’s brand‑new municipal pool, leading the installation of the pool shell, mechanical systems, and other water features and amenities.

This modern facility includes a zero‑depth leisure pool with interactive water features, a six‑lane lap pool, and two 20‑foot tower water slides, all complemented by new piping, pump systems, pool heating, and extensive decking and bathhouse upgrades.

Landmark’s team delivered the complete mechanical room, including filtration, pumps, and control systems, ensuring the pool opens for summer use and accommodates both recreation and lap swimming. This $5.7 million facility replaces the original 1960s pool and represents Gillette’s investment in a safe, high‑quality aquatic destination for decades to come.

St. Ann Aquatic Center

The 7,030 sqft design-build pool in St. Ann was renovated to include features that can entertain everyone in the community. Features include a new Splashtacular two-system waterslide, tanning ledge, lazy river, climbing wall, Aqua Zip’N, play unit, baby bungee, beach water features, and Life Floor surfacing. The project also includes a splash pad featuring Life Floor and water features, as well as a bathhouse renovation. Both mechanical rooms recieved new equipment and plumbing.

Old Town Hot Springs

Landmark Aquatic successfully served as the aquatic contractor for a major multi-phase renovation at Old Town Hot Springs in Steamboat Springs, CO.

We rebuilt and upgraded multiple pools—including a lap pool, community pool, kiddie splash area, and a hot soaking pool— and constructed a modern two-story pump house to house the mechanical and filtration systems. Our team also improved the mechanical infrastructure, ensuring efficient water circulation, high-quality filtration, and reliable long-term operation.

This comprehensive work supports a variety of programming—competitive lap swimming, community lessons, family-friendly recreation, and therapeutic soaking—retaining Old Town Hot Springs’ status as a critical public aquatic facility.

Fairgrounds Aquatic Center

This design-build new construction included a zero-depth entry, aquatic play unit, single flume slide, Life Floor slip-resistant flooring, 1-meter diving board, climbing wall, water basketball and Aqua Zip’N. In addition to the pool, a spray pad was constructed. Infrastructure construction included a new bath house, pool deck, and shade structures.

Nitro Swimming

Nitro Swimming is an indoor swim center, with an Olympic-sized pool, which can be easily converted from short-course 25-yard lanes to long-course 50-meter lanes, where conditions can be controlled year-round. The swimming pool has state-of-the-art water quality systems, making them optimum for safety and performance. Landmark Aquatic was the primary pool contractor for this beautiful project in Kyle, TX.

Colony Park Aquatic Facility

Landmark Aquatic proudly presents the Colony Park Aquatics Facility located in Austin, TX. This project includes a 6-lane lap pool complete with a 1-meter Duraflex diving board and Spectrum Aquatics starting blocks for exercise and competitive swimming. The leisure pool is equipped with a zero-depth entry with a Water Odyssey alligator slide and spray features for young families, complete with an infinity edge overlooking the city of Austin. A fun addition to this project is the standalone SplashTacular open flume slide for riders of all ages.

Brownsburg High School

The Brownsburg High School pool originally opened in 2003 but just underwent some much needed renovations. The upgrades include an expansion of the pool to 25 yards wide, 50 meters in length, with 10 lap lanes. The outdated equipment was replaced with state-of-the-art aquatic amenities, such as the two Paddock bulkheads, five Duraflex diving boards, and Spectrum Aquatics starting blocks and ADA Lift. In addition, the pool was equipped with a Neptune Benson Defender filter system, BECs chemical controllers, and Pulsar chemical feeders. This natatorium is a critical part of the multiple new additions to the High School.
