Fishers Community Center

The Fishers Community Center in Fishers, Indiana, features a premier indoor aquatic facility designed to serve competitive swimmers, families, and recreational users alike. Landmark Aquatic served as the aquatic contractor, partnering with Counsilman-Hunsaker, Hagerman, and Williams Architects to deliver the community’s new aquatic destination.

Landmark Aquatic oversaw the complete construction of the lap and leisure pool structures, along with installation of the filtration systems, chemical treatment systems, water features, and deck equipment. The 9,800-square-foot aquatic center includes a 97,053-gallon, 25-yard lap pool with a maximum depth of eight feet and a 40,826-gallon, zero-depth-entry leisure pool featuring interactive play elements and splash attractions. Additional amenities include a 12-foot AquaClimb climbing wall, the only indoor NinjaCross system in Central Indiana, and an 18-foot enclosed waterslide that travels from inside the building to the exterior before returning indoors to its catch pool, creating a signature attraction unique to the facility.

Throughout construction, Landmark Aquatic successfully coordinated its work alongside multiple project trades despite significant site challenges that impacted the construction schedule. Through proactive coordination and a commitment to project delivery, the team maintained progress and completed the aquatic facilities in time for owner turnover, ensuring the Fishers Community Center was ready to welcome the community as planned.
