Landmark Aquatic oversaw the installation of a new Paddock perimeter gutter system and main drains, renovated the existing mechanical room, filtration system, and chemical treatment systems, and supplied and installed new Spectrum Aquatics starting blocks and handrails. The project also included renovation of the existing diving stand and timing system, as well as installation of a new pool liner. The completed competition pool features 3,379 square feet of water surface area and a total volume of 195,361 gallons.

A key component of the renovation involved retrofitting new Colorado Time Systems components to integrate with the existing Daktronics scoreboard. The successful integration required extensive troubleshooting, programming, and coordination to provide the school with a fully functional timing and scoring system while maximizing the value of the existing infrastructure.

Late in construction, it was determined that the existing pool finish was not suitable for the originally specified plaster restoration, requiring a significant change in approach. Working closely with Natare and the project team, Landmark Aquatic quickly pivoted to a PVC liner solution, coordinating procurement and installation to keep the project on schedule. The collaborative effort ensured the renovated natatorium was completed in time for the high school’s 2025–2026 swim season, providing student-athletes with an updated, reliable competition facility.
