The Marshall White Aquatic Center project delivered a modern indoor aquatic environment designed to support recreation, health & fitness, and community programming as part of a broader redevelopment. Working alongside partners such as Myrtha, Water Play, Spectrum, Aquify, BECs, and Neptune Benson, Landmark Aquatic helped create a 6,372-square-foot indoor leisure pool containing more than 137,000 gallons of water.

The facility was designed with a strong focus on family recreation and community engagement, incorporating features such as a zero-depth entry, aquatic play structure, starting platforms, and accommodations for volleyball, basketball, and water polo activities. Advanced water quality and mechanical systems, including advanced filtration equipment, UV sanitation, VFD-driven circulation systems, chemical controllers, and chemical feed systems, were integrated to ensure efficient operation and exceptional water quality for daily use.
