Accu-Tab® Tablets

Westlake Water Solutions offers the Accu-Tab® product line, which consists of calcium hypochlorite-based tablets designed for sanitizing and maintaining water quality in pools. The Accu-Tab® product line is formulated to slowly dissolve and release chlorine into the pool water over an extended period, providing continuous sanitization and minimizing the need for frequent manual chlorine additions. Accu-Tab® is a reliable and trusted choice for pool owners, professionals, and commercial facilities seeking efficient and easy-to-use chlorination solutions that can help maintain a safe and enjoyable swimming experience.

• Accu-Tab® Blue SI (Stabilized and Integrated): These three-inch calcium hypochlorite (cal hypo) tablets are able to erode reliably, consistently and predictably because they undergo a multi-step manufacturing and quality control process so they will not soften and clog the system—a common problem with knock-off three-inch tablets and briquettes. Accu-Tab® tablets, which are 1 ¼-inch thick, are composed of cal hypo, a versatile and effective chemical for delivering chlorine into water. Cal hypo is more pH-friendly than chlorine gas, liquid bleach or trichlor tablets, requiring fewer adjustment chemicals which in turn makes water balance easier to achieve.
• Accu-Tab® Blue: These are calcium hypochlorite tablets without additional stabilizers or algaecides. They are intended for use in pool systems that already have separate stabilizer and algaecide feeders or delivery systems.
• Accu-Tab® White SI: These tablets are 68% available chlorine. They contain a Scale Inhibitor (SI) to help prevent scale build up. Tablets are quality controlled from feedstock to final tablet manufacture so that they erode in concert within our Accu-Tab® systems for consistent chlorine delivery.

Acid-Rite

Powered by innovative tablet-erosion technology, Acid-Rite is an effective alternative to bulky liquid acid systems, CO2 and cumbersome granular sodium bisulfate bags. The system provides reliable pH balancing combined with easy installation and maintenance. Acid-Rite tablets, made of sodium bisulfate, have low odor, creating a friendlier working environment for pool operations. Unlike muriatic or sulfuric acid, Acid-Rite tablets don’t cause fuming that can attack expensive equipment like chemical controllers. When combined with the Accu-Tab Chlorination System, operators gain a more practical one-two punch in maintaining water quality at aquatic facilities of any size.
