I’m Erica Gentry Peace, the Director of Sales at Landmark Aquatic, LLC, based in Houston, Texas. With a rich background in biology and aquatics management, I’ve turned my passion for water into a thriving career in the commercial aquatics industry.

My journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Lamar University, where I was actively involved in the Student Health Center, Medical Association, and Rec Sports. This educational foundation has been invaluable in understanding the science behind aquatic systems and their management.

Before joining Landmark Aquatic, I served as the Aquatics Manager for the City of Galveston, where I honed my skills in facility management and public safety. This hands-on experience gives me a unique perspective when working with clients on their aquatic projects. I understand the challenges and opportunities from both an operational and sales standpoint.

What sets me apart? My combination of scientific knowledge, practical experience, and sales expertise allows me to guide clients through every stage of their aquatic project with confidence. I’m passionate about creating safe, innovative, and enjoyable aquatic spaces that serve communities and businesses alike.

When I’m not busy helping clients bring their aquatic visions to life, you’ll find me volunteering with CASA of Galveston County, advocating for children in the foster care system. I’m also deeply involved with the Texas Recreation and Park Society, where I chair the East Region Aquatics division. This role allows me to stay at the forefront of industry trends and best practices.

What gets me excited about coming to work every day? It’s the opportunity to combine my love for aquatics with my passion for sales and marketing. I thrive on the challenge of turning complex aquatic concepts into reality for our clients. My goal is to ensure that every project we undertake becomes a landmark in its own right.

Family and community are important to me, and I bring that sense of commitment to my professional relationships as well. I believe in building lasting partnerships with our clients, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions that exceed their expectations.
