Bremen Aquatic Center

Landmark Aquatic recently completed a full design‑build project for the Bremen Aquatic Center in Bremen, IN, serving both as the aquatic designer and contractor. Our team led the design and construction of a modern municipal aquatics facility—including separate pools for all age groups, in‑pool fountains, shaded areas, and a brand‑new state‑of‑the‑art splash pad.

As part of our turnkey scope, we installed Life Floor slip‑resistant surfacing to enhance safety, integrated Neptune Benson filtration and an ETS UV sanitation system for superior water quality, implemented a BECS chemical controller for precise automation, and added engaging Vortex water‑feature attractions. Through this comprehensive approach, Landmark Aquatic ensured Bremen’s community enjoys a safe, high‑quality aquatic experience—all engineered and built by our expert team.

Fairgrounds Aquatic Center

This design-build new construction included a zero-depth entry, aquatic play unit, single flume slide, Life Floor slip-resistant flooring, 1-meter diving board, climbing wall, water basketball and Aqua Zip’N. In addition to the pool, a spray pad was constructed. Infrastructure construction included a new bath house, pool deck, and shade structures.

Pearland Natatorium Renovation

Landmark Aquatic successfully completed a comprehensive renovation of the Pearland Natatorium, enhancing its filtration, circulation, and overall pool system efficiency. The project involved major mechanical upgrades, structural refinements, and aesthetic improvements to ensure long-term performance and sustainability for both the competition and activity pools.

Filtration System Upgrades:
Removed three highly corrosive Vac-Sand filtration systems.
Installed two Neptune Benson Defender filters and two 25HP pumps for the competition pool.
Installed one Neptune Benson Defender filter and one 10HP pump for the activity pool.
Installed all new above-ground circulation plumbing for all three filtration systems.

Mechanical Room Enhancements:
Excavated the existing indoor mechanical room.
Poured new surge pits and pump pits for both pools.

Chemical & Water Treatment Improvements:
Installed Acid Rite and AccuTab automated chemical feeders for both pools.
Replaced existing ProMinent chemical controllers.
Reutilized existing Hanovia UV control cabinets while installing new UV chambers and components.
Installed H2Flow VFDs and Bypass units for all three filtration systems.
Installed new autofill and high-water level systems.

Pool & Deck Refinements:
Replastered the competition pool with blue/black quartz marcite plaster.
Refinished two 1-meter dive stands and one 3-meter dive stand.
Reinforced and refinished existing bulkheads.
Replaced all pool lighting fixtures and bulbs.
Refinished, stained, and sealed the existing stamped concrete pool deck.

Project Impact
This renovation significantly improved the Pearland Natatorium’s operational efficiency, water quality, and aesthetic appeal, ensuring an enhanced experience for athletes, coaches, and visitors. The upgraded filtration and circulation systems will provide long-term sustainability while reducing maintenance demands and operational costs.

Colony Park Aquatic Facility

Landmark Aquatic proudly presents the Colony Park Aquatics Facility located in Austin, TX. This project includes a 6-lane lap pool complete with a 1-meter Duraflex diving board and Spectrum Aquatics starting blocks for exercise and competitive swimming. The leisure pool is equipped with a zero-depth entry with a Water Odyssey alligator slide and spray features for young families, complete with an infinity edge overlooking the city of Austin. A fun addition to this project is the standalone SplashTacular open flume slide for riders of all ages.

Breckenridge Recreation Center

The aquatics area of the Breckenridge Recreation Center was renovated by Landmark Aquatic in 2024. The facility features lap and leisure pools, an aquatic play unit, two slides, family warming tub, lazy river, coed sauna and steam room, and outdoor hot tub.

Blue Surf Bay Waterpark

Blue Surf Bay Waterpark is a state-of-the-art indoor/outdoor facility constructed as an expansion to the Blue Springs, MO Fieldhouse. The indoor aquatic center features a 4-lane lap pool that includes a rock-climbing wall, waterfall, NinjaCross, and two diving platforms. Additionally, the indoor facility includes a leisure pool with a current channel, a separate splash pad equipped with Life Floor slip-resistant flooring, a water slide, sauna, and hot tub. Outdoors, Blue Surf Bay features a 40-foot slide tower with multiple slides. Additionally, the outdoor space includes a lazy river, a wave-ball pool with an attached activity pool, and a zero-depth entry pool with a play structure. One of the main attractions of the waterpark is a double surf simulator that allows visitors to try knee boarding or stand-up surfing.

Crystal Beach Aquatic Park

The newly constructed Crystal Beach Aquatic Park preserved the “seashore” design of it’s original facility while adding features that will serve individuals of all abilities: an activity tower for children, lap lanes, a lazy river, two slides, a diving board, a wet deck, chairs, and umbrellas. Crystal Beach Swimming Pool is a national landmark that was constructed in 1938 during the Great Depression by the Works Progress Administration. The City of Madison is proud to preserve the pool for future generations.

The Cove At St Peters

The Cove at St. Peters features many different aquatic amenities for the whole family. The leisure pool is 8,000-square-feet with one of the widest zero-depth entries in the county with shade structures on each corner, an elevated play structure, water features including a dumping bucket, a slide, and underwater bench seating. The facility also includes a 3,200-square-foot activity pool that can be used for basketball, volleyball, aqua aerobics, water walking, and lap swimming. Families can also enjpy a shaded splashpad with 19 various spray features or the two intertwining waterslides that start from a 21-foot high platform. One slide is a 175-foot long open flume run-out body slide, and the other is a faster 120-foot closed tube run-out body slide.

The Heights Aquatic Center

This indoor aquatic center at THE HEIGHTS includes a 4-lane 25-yard lap pool, leisure pool with a zero-depth entry and underwater bench seating, interactive play structure, lazy river, vortex, spa, splashpad and waterslide. This facility’s aquatic amenities were originally built in 2000, and were renovated in 2019
