Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 400
Landmark Aquatic proudly served as the aquatic contractor for the HC MUD 400 project in Humble, TX, completed in April 2024, managing the installation of the new municipal pool and its mechanical systems.
The district invested approximately $5 million in site improvements, which included demolition of the existing pool, playground, and splashpad, followed by construction of a modern aquatic center with a new pool, splash zone, playground, soccer field, and associated hardscaping and utilities.
Landmark’s team installed the pool along with the Vortex slide and water features, recreational equipment, and all pumping, filtration, piping, heating, and control equipment—overseeing complete pump-room build-out to ensure reliable operation. This comprehensive upgrade delivers enhanced recreational amenities and high-quality aquatic infrastructure to support the Humble community’s diverse needs.
Highlands’ Discovery Cove
Landmark Aquatic served as the aquatic contractor for The Highlands in Porter, TX which now features a 20-acre resort-style aquatic center.
We delivered a comprehensive aquatic experience, installing a lazy river with custom railings, sun ledges and a rock-work tunnel, a zero‑depth entry toddler pool complete with rock waterfall, a diving pool featuring a rope swing and diving ledges, both drop and body slides, and a leisure pool with ADA accessibility.
Our team also expertly managed the installation of pool mechanics and filtration systems that support these varied features, ensuring top-tier safety, visual appeal, and reliability for the community’s families.
Avenir Apartments
Landmark Aquatic served as the aquatic contractor for the Avenir Apartments in University City, MO, delivering a resort-style outdoor pool as a centerpiece of the luxury residential community. Designed for relaxation and visual appeal, the pool features underwater seating, spacious deck areas, and a modern layout that complements the upscale courtyard environment. Landmark was responsible for the full installation of the mechanical, filtration, and chemical control systems, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operation. This amenity enhances the resident experience by providing a stylish and inviting space for leisure and community gathering.
Jellystone Park – Tyler
Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park – Tyler is located on 47 acres in the rolling hills of the East Texas Piney Woods and north of Tyler, Texas. The freshly renovated park features a new interactive water playground with a play structure, spray features, Life Floor slip-resistant flooring, and slides. In addition, there is a family swimming pool and a separate spa tub in the park’s new Water Zone. Jellystone Tyler also features an 18-hole mini golf course, laser tag, gem mining, a variety of sports courts, nature trails, and more. There is fun for the whole family!
Hammond Family YMCA
The new Hammond Family YMCA, located 30 minutes from downtown Chicago, offers experiences for kids to be healthy, active, and to explore aquatic interests. The indoor aquatic center features a lap pool equipped with 6 lap lanes, a Spectrum Aquatics ADA lift, and stair entry. The separate leisure pool is equipped with a lazy river, recreation area, and a zero-depth entry splashpad with Vortex spray features. The facility will eventually also include an outdoor water park.
Chasco Family YMCA
The CHASCO Family YMCA in Round Rock added a new 21,000-square-foot outdoor aquatic complex and expanded preschool to the public in 2024. The new complex features a leisure pool equipped with a Vortex aquatic play unit, SplashTacular waterslide, zero-depth entry splash pad, volleyball net, a Spectrum Aquatics ADA lift, and cabanas for families to lounge. This adds to the indoor lap pool and other aquatic features the YMCA previously had.
Belterra splashpad
Nestled on 1,600 acres of rolling hills, located just minutes southwest of downtown Austin, Belterra is a private community with big trees, pristine landscaping, and luxurious amenities already in use by many happy homeowners. One of these amenities is The Retreat, which is home to the community’s children’s splashpad. This splashpad is equipped with Life Floor slip resistant flooring, installed by Landmark Aquatic, and multiple water spray features.
Whitmoor country club
Landmark Aquatic design-renovated the lap pool located at the Whitmoor Country Club in early 2024 because the previous structure rose out of the ground. This country club’s newly renovated aquatic amenities include a 6-lane lap pool with stair entry, starting blocks, an ADA Lift, two body slides, an Aqua Zip’N, and a separate splashpad that features Life Floor slip-resistant flooring.
Blackhawk amenity center
The Amenity Center at Blackhawk in Pflugerville, Texas, is equipped with a contemporary and versatile aquatic facility, thoughtfully designed to cater to diverse needs. The resort-style pool offers an inviting retreat for relaxation during warm days, while the 8-lane lap pool provides an ideal setting for rigorous swimming workouts. For younger visitors, the water playground allows hours of entertainment and activity. The pool is equipped with underwater bench seating, a Spectrum Aquatics ADA Lift, as well as both stair and zero-depth ramp entries, ensuring accessibility and comfort for all guests
Wilderness ridge country club
Wilderness Ridge Country Club features an 18-hole championship golf course, 9-hole executive golf course, fitness center, and aquatics complex that features a 6-lane lap pool with two diving boards, a 250 foot Lazy River with stair entry, adult’s only swim-up bar with a sundeck, a closed flume slide, and a zero-depth entry children’s play pool with a sundeck and Lifefloor decking.
