Our Lasker Pool build nominated for Best Public Pool.
The Lasker Community Pool in Galveston, TX has been nominated for The Daily News’ Best Public Pool/Waterpark Readers’ Choice Award.
Progressive Commercial Aquatics was contracted to build this state-of-the-art facility which includes a recreational pool with kid-friendly play structures and a body slide, as well as an 8-lane short course yard pool for hosting swim meets. This new addition to the Galveston Parks System gave the City the ability to provide fitness classes and swimming lessons. It also provides the opportunity to offer community safety courses, such as first-aid, CPR, and lifeguard training.
