From Rust to Radiance: Aquatic Restoration Recap!
In Q1, our Restoration team accomplished several restoration projects including refinishing the interior and exterior of an open body slide for Cinco Ranch Residential Association, painting the Deep Eddy Pool, and refurbishing the Splashpad for Westheimer Lakes HOA.
Moving into Q2, our efforts continued with significant undertakings such as refinishing a 185-foot open body slide and an 85-foot drop slide for Woodforest, installing Life Floor on a splash pad in Belterra, repainting 8 targets on a Bulkhead for Round Rock at Miki Krebsbach Pool, and completing the demo and removal of a plastic slide on an Aquatic Play Unit with a retrofit of a new fiberglass slide in The Colony. Additionally, ongoing projects include the full restoration of the interior of a large APU tipping bucket for Holiday Inn Vacations in Flint, Texas, and the polishing and waxing of 6 slides for the city of Conroe.
Looking ahead, we have slide repair work scheduled for two YMCAs in the Houston area in May, refinishing projects for the city of Georgetown involving a fiberglass ladybug and turtle, and the interior and exterior refinishing of a 180-foot open body slide for the City of McAllen in June. Moreover, we are gearing up for a Life Floor project on a new splash pad in Cedar Park slated for late June.
