I’m Jake Bernard, a Sales Representative based in the heart of Kansas City, MO. With 20 years of sales experience under my belt, I’ve recently dived into the exciting world of aquatics, and I’m loving every minute of it!

Before joining the team here, I was an Outside Sales Manager in home renovations. Now, I’m applying my expertise to help you create the perfect aquatic oasis. What sets me apart? Well, I’m all about top-notch customer service. I believe in clear communication, unwavering integrity, and a healthy dose of empathy. Plus, I’m a bit of a product geek – I love diving deep (pun intended) into the technical details of what I’m selling.

When I’m not busy helping clients, you’ll find me playing darts, fishing, hunting, or camping. I’m a country boy at heart, hailing from South Dakota, and I’ve got a soft spot for the color orange. Oh, and if you ever want to win me over, just offer me some buffalo wings – they’re my absolute favorite!

Family is everything to me. I’m a proud stepdad to two awesome kids, and I’ve got a couple of furry friends at home too. Nothing beats spending quality time with my loved ones and friends.

What gets me fired up about coming to work every day? It’s the thrill of building lasting relationships with my clients. I’m all about creating rapport and delivering stellar customer service. My goal? To have customers for life. I’m excited to bring my sales skills to this new industry and become a top sales rep in aquatics.
