Key highlights:

Landmark Aquatic built the 35′ X 4′ X 18″ Wilhemenia Grove Fountain designed by OJB Landscape Architects, located at the University of Houston.

The basin features black plaster and black slate waterline tile creating a deep, highly reflective water surface. All return and suction points are made of bronze by Crystall Fountains. The basin floor is accented with two yards of Mexican Beach Pebble, adding texture and depth. The fountain’s wall is comprised of coarse limestone blocks that have been on the University of Houston campus for decades. Seven perfectly spaced scuppers, provided by Majestic Water Scapes, were affixed to the raised wall and pour into the basin, generating a rich rhythmic soundscape, masking any ambient noise.

All pumps, filtration, chemical, and valve equipment are housed in a pre-plumbed underground Fiberglass Vault built by ASA Manufacturing. This ensures zero visible equipment, with no noise pollution from the 3HP Pump. The vault was fully assembled in the Landmark Aquatic warehouse before site delivery and installation.
