Landmark Aquatic completed a comprehensive design-renovation of the South Putnam High School competition pool, coordinating significant upgrades to the pool gutter, interior finish, and water treatment systems.
Working with The Peterson Company as general contractor and Fanning Howey as architect, Landmark Aquatic oversaw the removal of the existing pool gutter and installation of a new Paddock gutter system. Landmark also removed the existing liner and installed a new Natare liner, providing a renewed interior finish for the 3,150-square-foot, 153,650-gallon pool. A new tile band was also installed around the pool deck following the removal and replacement of the existing gutter.
As part of the mechanical system improvement, Landmark Aquatic installed a new Evoqua ETS UV system within the existing pool mechanical room to enhance water treatment and support ongoing water quality.
The renovated pool combines targeted structural and sanitization upgrades designed to extend the useful life of the facility and support reliable long-term operation.
