Landmark Aquatic completed a comprehensive design-renovation of the Rochester Middle School swimming pool, modernizing the facility’s mechanical, filtration, chemical treatment, and competition equipment systems.
Working with Brown and Brown General Contractors and Viridian Architectural Design, Landmark Aquatic designed and renovated the pool mechanical room and replaced critical systems supporting water quality, treatment, heating, and day-to-day pool operation. The upgraded equipment includes a Neptune Benson RMF Defender filtration system, Pulsar chlorination system, BECS chemical controller, ETS UV system, and a Raypak pool heater.
The project also included new competitive aquatic equipment, including Spectrum Aquatics starting blocks, a Duraflex 1-meter diving board and dive stand, and a Colorado Timing System.
The renovated 3,379-square-foot, 157,000-gallon pool is supported by modern systems designed to provide reliable operation, effective water treatment, and a quality environment for students, athletes, and facility staff.
