The Little America Hotel pool renovation project transformed an aging rooftop aquatic facility into a modern, high-performance leisure pool while working within the unique structural constraints of the existing building. In partnership with Myrtha Pools, Spectrum, and Pentair, Landmark Aquatic replaced the original shotcrete pool with a new Myrtha stainless steel pool system installed entirely within the hotel’s existing rooftop containment vault. The completed indoor/outdoor leisure pool encompasses approximately 1,682 square feet with a total water volume of more than 47,000 gallons, providing hotel guests with an upgraded rooftop aquatic experience that combines durability, aesthetics, and operational efficiency.
