Collaborating closely with designers Water Design, Inc. and HKS Architects, and general contractor Jacobsen Construction, Landmark constructed premium aquatic amenities designed to complement the luxury residential experience, including a leisure-focused rooftop environment that integrates seamlessly into the building’s modern architecture.
The aquatic amenities include an outdoor leisure pool, outdoor spa, indoor spa, and an indoor cold plunge, each carefully engineered to meet both performance and aesthetic standards. The outdoor pool, with a capacity of 26,409 gallons, serves as the centerpiece of the rooftop amenity deck, accompanied by a 1,496-gallon spa. Indoors, residents have access to a 1,122-gallon spa and a 628-gallon cold plunge, offering a year-round wellness experience. Equipment and systems by trusted vendors were installed, ensuring durability, efficiency, and high-quality user experience across all bodies of water.
One of the most significant challenges of the Astra Tower project was the installation and construction of the aquatic environment on Level 23 of the building, requiring precise coordination and engineering due to the height and structural considerations.
