Perched above the iconic Backwater Jack’s on Lake of the Ozarks, LEVEL5 reimagines the traditional pool experience as a destination for entertainment, hospitality, and social gathering. As the design-builder for this one-of-a-kind aquatic venue, Landmark Aquatic delivered four arena-style pools that create a stadium-like environment centered around live entertainment and waterfront views.
Margaritaville Kansas City
Landmark Aquatic proudly led the design-build of both the indoor and outdoor aquatic amenities at Margaritaville Resort Kansas City, which officially opened in June 2025. Inside, guests are welcomed by a vibrant leisure pool featuring underwater bench seating, a basketball hoop, a Poolside Adventures AquaClimb, and an exhilarating NINJACROSS™ obstacle course—offering engaging fun and fitness for all ages.
Outdoors, the resort-style oasis showcases a zero-entry pool with Life Floor slip-resistant surfacing, Vortex interactive water features, in-water lounging ledges, underwater tables and bench seating, a SplashTacular waterslide, and serene waterfall accents—perfectly blending family-friendly fun with tropical relaxation.
Our turnkey scope also included full installation of the mechanical, filtration, pump, and chemical control systems. With trusted equipment from Neptune Benson, BECS, Westlake Chemical, Lochinvar, and more, the resort benefits from year-round water quality, safety, and operational reliability.

Jellystone Park – Wichita Falls
Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park Wichita Falls, commonly known as Coyote Ranch Resort, has a brand new splashpad and play structure thanks to the help of Progressive Commercial Aquatics, Northgate Resorts, and Brannon Corp. Landmark’s scope of work on this project included providing concrete pool shells, deck equipment and ADA lifts, tile and coping, permanent fencing, and various aquatic equipment including variable frequency drives, plumbing, pumps and motors, main drains, filters, UV system, heater, Accu-Tab chlorination system, and more.
Jellystone Park – Tyler
Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park – Tyler is located on 47 acres in the rolling hills of the East Texas Piney Woods and north of Tyler, Texas. The freshly renovated park features a new interactive water playground with a play structure, spray features, Life Floor slip-resistant flooring, and slides. In addition, there is a family swimming pool and a separate spa tub in the park’s new Water Zone. Jellystone Tyler also features an 18-hole mini golf course, laser tag, gem mining, a variety of sports courts, nature trails, and more. There is fun for the whole family!
Woodlands Resort
The Woodlands Resort is a forest oasis that includes a 1,005-foot-long lazy river and waterpark with a vast surrounding poolside waterscape. The main recreation pool has a 30-foot tower with racing slide waterfalls, an underwater audio system, and underwater mural. The second pool is a heated lagoon-style pool. The third pool offers a kid-friendly splash pad.
The Westin At The Woodlands
Situated in the heart of The Woodlands, this stunning pool overlooks Waterway Square, an upbeat dining and entertainment district. The streamlined, glass-tiled pool with a stainless-steel shell includes a sun ledge with built in loungers as one of the key design elements. The infinity-edge pool with acrylic rail system allows for an uninterrupted view of the waterway below. A raised water feature incorporates a fire pit adding to the relaxing, resort-style environment. The elevated pool deck includes areas for sun bathing, dining, lounging and is home to several private cabanas.
W Hotel Dallas
This stunning infinity edge pool is located on the 16th floor of the W Hotel North Tower offering a forever view out to the city, capturing daytime dreams and night time fantasies. If you’re looking for a birds-eye view of Dallas, then the 16th floor pool at the W Hotel is it. A glass enclosure allows guests to safely swim up to the skyline from dusk to dawn. Soak up the sun and the spectacular city views as you float across the panoramic infinity pool at the WET deck at W Dallas – Victory.
W Hotel Dallas Fountain
The graceful 33-story W Dallas Victory Hotel is located in Victory Park in the heart of Dallas, Texas. Victory Park is a 72-acre master-planned urban development that incorporates a collection of high-end retail, dining, office, residential units, hotel rooms, and entertainment venues.
The Cave Bar And Grill
The Cave Bar & Grill boasts great All American food, the Forever Cave, with the largest swimming pool in the south Lake Ozark area. The leisure pool, that’s equipped with underwater tables and chairs, a swim-up bar, and shade umbrellas, extends from the waterfront across the beach and into one of Missouri’s 6400 natural caves, creating an experience like no other. Families can experience the big pool along with really small children can enjoy the toddlers pool.
Moody Gardens
The 650-linear-foot lazy river offers over 60 interactive points at which guests on shore can splash and spray their friends as they float by. The 6,100-square-foot zero-depth entry wave pool graduates to a depth of 5 feet to appeal to a variety of ages. Two 18-foot enclosed Tower Slides offer a thrilling plunge of refreshment, and a splashpad includes automated dump buckets, spray arches, and fountains. Within the Aquarium Adventure, there is a playground, which includes eight-feet-tall climb-on platforms, a 25-foot Hydro Storm tower with a 500-gallon water dump bucket, and more.
