Crafting Excellence: A Glimpse into Our Latest Builds!
In March, our St. Louis design-build teams completed the addition of a double-flume slide to an existing facility in the City of Mexico, Missouri, as per the city’s request. The vibrant purple and lime green color scheme adds an element of fun to the slide, complemented by the decking we poured and the perimeter fencing we provided.
Moving into the second quarter, our construction crews kicked off several projects, including the Avenir Apartments in University City, Missouri, and the Old Hickory Apartments in St. Peters, Missouri. Both of these endeavors are design-builds and are slated for completion in the third quarter. Our Denver team is hard at work on the Campbell County School District #1 constructing a competition pool with a moveable floor, the City of Gillette featuring a leisure pool with spray features and a waterslide, and Old Town Hot Springs featuring a lap pool, leisure pool, waterslides, and tot splash area. Also starting this quarter is a joint venture for our St. Louis and Indianapolis teams in Jasper, Indiana. This project entails the construction of a municipal aquatic facility featuring a lazy river, competition pool, dive towers, and slide.
Looking ahead to the third quarter, we have several exciting projects in the pipeline. These include the Webster Groves, Pop Myles project, which will feature a leisure pool, beach entry, vortex, and waterslide in East St. Louis. Additionally, the Mila Apartments in Ellisville, MO, will boast a rooftop pool. Furthermore, we’ll be working on The Rail in St. Louis City, the Trulaske residence, a prestigious residential project, and construction is expected to begin for our Houston team on the Margaritaville Resort in Galveston, Texas.
