Designing Tomorrow: Our Latest Innovations!
Since the start of the year, our dedicated design team has been tirelessly crafting top-tier designs and preconstruction services for our valued clients. They’ve successfully finalized plans for various municipalities including the City of Webster Groves, St. Ann, and Florissant in Missouri. Additionally, groundbreaking is imminent for several design-build projects such as the Flats at Wildhorse Creek, Neo Vantage Point, and the Avenir, all located in St. Louis, MO. Meanwhile, progress continues in Texas with the Brushy Creek Splashpad nearing the end of its construction documentation phase, gearing up for early summer construction. The City of Seabrook has concluded its facility assessment phase and is transitioning into conceptual design work.
Our design team is achieving significant milestones across various projects. The Exxon Mobile Fountain is currently undergoing a design-renovation. The Landmark team’s design for Margaritaville in Kansas City has recently commenced construction. In Denver, our design crew is gearing up for their first major endeavor in the region, a design-renovation project for the City of Douglas, Wyoming’s outdoor aquatic facility. Furthermore, our design and Indianapolis teams are actively engaged in design support and collaboration with Myrtha Pools and Neptune Benson to supply mechanical and filtration products for the upcoming 2024 US Swim Trials. Another notable venture includes our first ever project in Arizona, where we’re designing a wading pool for the Lehi Aquatic Center.
Looking forward, our pipeline is brimming with exciting design prospects. Stay tuned for updates, including a design venture for the Galapagos Islands Resort and a new YMCA project in Georgetown, TX slated for later this quarter.
