Building Brilliance: Project Spotlights Unveil the Brilliant Efforts by Landmark Construction Crews
Stretching from southern Missouri to Shenandoah, Texas, our Houston, Denver, and St. Louis crews have been successful in adding beautiful aquatic facilities to our portfolio. From the City of Mt. Vernon’s family-friendly aquatic center to Life Time Fitness’ Shenandoah facility, and the forward-looking initiatives of our construction teams, each project that we have completed in the past quarter speaks to our commitment to innovation, quality, and community enrichment.
Embarking on a mission to create a family-friendly aquatic haven, the City of Mt. Vernon in southern Missouri orchestrated a remarkable transformation of their existing “T” shaped pool. This endeavor, initiated in February 2022 and successfully completed in 2023, involved replacing small slides and a 3-meter diving board with a captivating zero-depth entry equipped with Life Floor, spray features, and a dumping bucket. Introducing new elements like two slides, a rock climbing wall, and a 1-meter diving board, the facility now boasts a leisure-rich environment, including a new lazy river. Additional enhancements, such as shade structures and a half-court basketball court, were seamlessly integrated, while the pump room received a modern touch with new Neptune Benson Filters and Pulsar Precision feeders equipped with BECS controllers. Meanwhile, in Shenandoah, Texas, the recently unveiled 170,000-square-foot Life Time Fitness facility stands as a testament to aquatic luxury. Boasting ten bodies of water, including lap pools, hot tubs, cold plunges, and a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces, it offers a diverse aquatic experience. The Beach Club space outside features a lap pool, a leisure pool with zero-depth entry, waterslides, a spa, and abundant poolside amenities. Pool enthusiasts can indulge in food and drinks through the outdoor bistro and bar or take advantage of poolside bistro service. Click here to view more photos.
Looking ahead, our dedicated Houston, Denver, and St. Louis teams are at the forefront of transformative construction projects. The Houston team is underway with the construction of the University of Houston’s new Football Operations Center, the Denver crew is gearing up for the aquatic facility project at Old Town Hot Springs in Steamboat Springs, and the St. Louis team has commenced construction on the Neo Vantage Apartments, strategically located near the Landmark headquarters. Each project reflects our commitment to innovation, quality, and creating spaces that enhance the communities we serve.
