Upon purchase, the city wanted to ensure the pool and pump room were in top shape, so Progressive completed a full repair and renovation. Neptune Benson horizontal sand filters, pump motors, a Hanovia UV system, Chemtrol chemistry controllers, auto-fill, a Lochinvar heater, and Accu-tab systems were installed. In addition to the pump room, the outdoor pool's renovation included new decking, plaster, tile, and coping. The suction and return piping for the main drains were re-plumbed to be compliant, and ADA chair lifts were added.

The aquatic complex features an eight-lane competition pool equipped with a NINJACROSS™ system, two dive stands, starting blocks, and custom-engineered stadium seating shaded by a striking 60-foot solar steel cantilever. Designed to host competitive swim meets and recreational use, this space will serve the community for generations. The zero-entry leisure pool is outfitted with custom Life Floor surfacing and the facility name embedded in the deck—a nod to the city’s legacy of inclusivity in aquatics. It also includes multiple interactive play features, a play unit, and an impressive tower slide structure featuring a Traxx Racer, stand-up slide (the tallest of its kind in the Northern Hemisphere), and a closed flume slide for varied rider experiences. A separate kiddie pool offers a family slide, Life Floor entry, and engaging play features tailored for younger guests. The site is further enhanced by Funbrellas, an extensive egress system, and a bioretention pond that supports sustainable site management. Landmark also led the renovation of the existing bathhouse, transforming concessions, restrooms, and office spaces to align with the new facility’s high standards. With an additional 56,000-square-feet of classroom and training spaces, United can instruct 600 flight attendants per month during its six-and-a-half-week course.

The slide tower is 30 feet tall, there are three sizes of tubes available for the lazy river, including some that seat two people, and there are 10 strawberries in the walk-along section of the pool.

The project also includes a splash pad featuring Life Floor and water features, as well as a bathhouse renovation. Both mechanical rooms recieved new equipment and plumbing.

The competition pool has an 8-lane, 50-meter course, or can be configured into two 8-lane, 25-yard courses and additional lanes with the two movable bulkheads. This pool also includes two 1-meter and one 3-meter diving boards. The second pool is a 4-lane, 25-yard lap pool that can be used for instructional purposes.

The facility also includes an outdoor sundeck, a wet classroom that may be used for aquatics classes, lifeguard and staff offices, and a pool storage and control systems area. Other features included in this facility are a 40-foot wide by 14-foot high climbing wall with multiple waterfalls and an indoor zip line spanning the leisure pool.

There is also a lazy river, vortex, and a separate 8-lane lap pool equipped with starting blocks, a basketball hoop, diving well with two 1-meter and one 3-meter diving boards, two climbing walls, and stair entry. In addition, the facility has a slide tower with one body slide and one tube slide. The Sar-Ko-Par Aquatic Center was the first ribbon cutting ceremony that Landmark Aquatic attended as a unified platform.

- [RICE UNIVERSITY COMPETITION POOL](https://landmarkaquatic.com/portfolio/rice-university-competition-pool/) - The Rice University outdoor competition pool's renovation was completed in January of 2022. The pool was completely stripped of plaster down to the concrete shell, the main drain, or VGBA, covers were replaced, and new quartz plaster was applied to an area of over 12,000 square feet. This project was not for the weak. The pool holds over 750,000 gallons of water and Is 169 feet long.
- [QUILLIAN CENTER NOAH'S ARK](https://landmarkaquatic.com/portfolio/quillian-center-noahs-ark/) - At Houston First Methodist's Quillian Memorial Center, Progressive Commercial Aquatics removed an outdated play structure and spray features, and replaced them with a new Vortex play structure. The feature motor was upgraded by installing a 10 HP motor to ensure optimal flow for all the amazing new play features. In addition, Progressive stripped out the old plaster and tile, installed new quartz plaster along with eye catching blue/green waterline tile, and removed some coping and concrete to create a zero depth entry that guarantees accessibility for all.
- [PRINCIPIA COLLEGE NATATORIUM](https://landmarkaquatic.com/portfolio/principia-college-natatorium/) - The Principia College Natatorium is a 40-meter indoor stretch pool with the capacity to have 8 lanes equipped with starting blocks. A bulkhead divides the shallow end from the deep end and can be adjusted to accommodate a 25-meter or 25-yard shallow or deep water lane. There are three diving boards, two 1-meter and one 3-meter. The pool also has electronic timing system and an LED scoreboard to host swimming competitions. The venue is compliant to NCAA requirements for swimming and diving, and hosts the conference championship, Liberal Arts Meet. Alongside the pool is a hot tub and locker rooms. The observation deck seating capacity is 250.
- [PRIDGEON NATATORIUM](https://landmarkaquatic.com/portfolio/pridgeon-natatorium/) - The Cy-Fair ISD Natatorium, a 41,293-square-foot facility with a 1,513-spectator capacity, puts the district on equal footing with districts like Klein ISD and Conroe ISD in terms of swim facilities. They can also offer a more comfortable, enjoyable experience for spectators. The natatorium features 50-meter stretch pools, 140-foot span glulam joist beams, and two-tone decking. The natatorium contains the third largest competition pool in the Houston area.
- [PRAIRIELAND VILLAGE](https://landmarkaquatic.com/portfolio/prairieland-village/) - Longwing Landing is situated on 4.5 acres in Bridgeland's new Prairieland Village with two pools, lawn and event space, barbecue grills and tables, an activity center with an event hall overlooking a 40-acre lake, a rotating butterfly sculpture, and a caterpillar-themed playground. The aquatic features include an iconic butterfly-shaped pool with zero-depth entry, spray features, and sundeck for adults to cool off and unwind. A separate pool, divided by a concrete bridge, will be utilized for lap swimming, fitness, and relaxation. This project is sure to be a prominent aquatic landmark, and one of Progressive's most notorious builds.

When looking over the infinity ledge, you get to see a spectacular view of Galveston beach! The second pool looks over the bay and has a tropical feel to it.

This waterpark features an active and colorful Pirate themed water play center complete with a dumping bucket and an array of spray nozzles, tot slides, and water guns, a long lazy river, and two large slide towers. This pirate themed waterpark also has a motherload of waterslide treasures – from a Multi-Lane Mat Racer, to a SpaceBowl, to Inner-tube and Body Slides – fun for the whole family! The most recent addition to the park is a bright 1-2 person Boomerango.
- [Pearland Natatorium Renovation](https://landmarkaquatic.com/portfolio/pearland-natatorium-renovation/) - Landmark Aquatic successfully completed a comprehensive renovation of the Pearland Natatorium, enhancing its filtration, circulation, and overall pool system efficiency. The project involved major mechanical upgrades, structural refinements, and aesthetic improvements to ensure long-term performance and sustainability for both the competition and activity pools. Filtration System Upgrades: Removed three highly corrosive Vac-Sand filtration systems. Installed two Neptune Benson Defender filters and two 25HP pumps for the competition pool. Installed one Neptune Benson Defender filter and one 10HP pump for the activity pool. Installed all new above-ground circulation plumbing for all three filtration systems. Mechanical Room Enhancements: Excavated the existing indoor mechanical room. Poured new surge pits and pump pits for both pools. Chemical & Water Treatment Improvements: Installed Acid Rite and AccuTab automated chemical feeders for both pools. Replaced existing ProMinent chemical controllers. Reutilized existing Hanovia UV control cabinets while installing new UV chambers and components. Installed H2Flow VFDs and Bypass units for all three filtration systems. Installed new autofill and high-water level systems. Pool & Deck Refinements: Replastered the competition pool with blue/black quartz marcite plaster. Refinished two 1-meter dive stands and one 3-meter dive stand. Reinforced and refinished existing bulkheads. Replaced all pool lighting fixtures and bulbs. Refinished, stained, and sealed the existing stamped concrete pool deck. Project Impact This renovation significantly improved the Pearland Natatorium’s operational efficiency, water quality, and aesthetic appeal, ensuring an enhanced experience for athletes, coaches, and visitors. The upgraded filtration and circulation systems will provide long-term sustainability while reducing maintenance demands and operational costs.

We rebuilt and upgraded multiple pools—including a lap pool, community pool, kiddie splash area, and a hot soaking pool— and constructed a modern two-story pump house to house the mechanical and filtration systems. Our team also improved the mechanical infrastructure, ensuring efficient water circulation, high-quality filtration, and reliable long-term operation. This comprehensive work supports a variety of programming—competitive lap swimming, community lessons, family-friendly recreation, and therapeutic soaking—retaining Old Town Hot Springs' status as a critical public aquatic facility.

- [NORTH POINTE AQUATIC CENTER](https://landmarkaquatic.com/portfolio/north-pointe-aquatic-center/) - The North Pointe Family Aquatic Center is a state-of-the-art facility that features a 25-yard by 25-meter lap pool with 10 lap lanes, two 1-meter diving boards, and a “Tree Swing." Surrounding the complex is a 1,000-foot lazy river, which facilitates a running waterfall and various watersprays. The lazy river encloses a leisure pool with a zero-depth entry, water features, and a vortex, and a tot pool with a zero-depth entry and a play structure. Between the leisure pool and tot pool is a splashpad. Adjacent to the lap pool are one open-flume and one closed-flume, two-story waterslides. This project was named the "Best Public Pool" in September 2003 by the St. Louis Riverfront Times newspaper and was renovated in 2017.

- [NEW BRAUNFELS RECREATION CENTER](https://landmarkaquatic.com/portfolio/new-braunfels-recreation-center/) - Das Rec features multiple bodies of water which include a stunning 4,500-square-foot competition pool with eight 25-yard lap lanes, and a 4,500-square-foot leisure pool with zero-depth and stair entries . The leisure pool is designed with a waterslide that loops outside one corner of the building and lands next to the leisure pool. It also has a current channel, underwater benches, three 25-yard lap lanes, and a play structure.
- [New Albany High School](https://landmarkaquatic.com/portfolio/new-albany-high-school/) - New Albany High School in New Albany, Indiana, just outside of Louisville, Kentucky, unveiled a new natatorium for the school's swimming and diving teams, completed in 2024. This refreshed natatorium includes an 8-lane competition pool equipped with Spectrum Aquatics starting blocks and ladders. The separate diving pool is equipped with two 1-meter Duraflex diving boards, perfect for the New Albany Dive team to utilize. Behind the scenes, the pool is fitted with a Neptune Benson defender filter, BECs chemical controllers, and Pulsar chemical feeders.

Features include a lily pad walk, water slides, competition pool, lazy river and a very creative play structure and spray pad that emphasizes the zoo theme. The Mt. Vernon Aquatic Zoo Waterpark is fun for all ages. The facility features two 30-foot tall slides, one 112-foot body slide, one 266-foot dual rider tube slide, two diving boards, children’s splashpad, interactive water features, lazy river, zero-depth entry leisure pool, and concessions.

Their family-friendly facilities offer an experience unlike any other. The club sports three swimming pools that include a diving well with a drop slide, 6-lane lap pool, and tot pool. Mt. Hawley has an active swim team and aquatics programs for all ages. The swimming facility is complimented by the cabana bar and kitchen open for service during open swim hours.

The 6,100-square-foot zero-depth entry wave pool graduates to a depth of 5 feet to appeal to a variety of ages. Two 18-foot enclosed Tower Slides offer a thrilling plunge of refreshment, and a splashpad includes automated dump buckets, spray arches, and fountains. Within the Aquarium Adventure, there is a playground, which includes eight-feet-tall climb-on platforms, a 25-foot Hydro Storm tower with a 500-gallon water dump bucket, and more.
- [MONT BELVIEU WAVE POOL](https://landmarkaquatic.com/portfolio/mont-belvieu-wave-pool/) - The City of Mont Belvieu's Eagle Pointe Recreation Complex wave pool underwent a renovation completed at the end of 2022. There was a complete strip of plaster down to the concrete shell and over 14,000 square feet of new plaster was poured. Carbon fiber concrete staples were used to achieve stabilization of a pre-existing pool floor crack, and pebble-tech coating was applied after the zero-depth entry coating was removed. In addition, over 2,000 square feet of eye-catching, blue-toned, 2-inch-by-2-inch tile and main drain covers were replaced.

- [MONAHANS HIGH SCHOOL](https://landmarkaquatic.com/portfolio/monahans-high-school/) - As part of a series of additions and renovations to Monahans High School in West Texas, a new natatorium was included with a 7,546-square-foot competition pool. The 75-by-100-foot pool features ten 25-meter primary course lanes, twelve 25-yard cross-course lanes, a 5-foot moveable bulkhead, two 1-meter diving boards, and a fully integrated electronic timing system. Aquatic equipment include ten starting blocks, a pool heater, and an ADA chair lift. This new addition will be utilized by Monahans-Wickett-Pyote ISD for district swimming and diving programs.

The Tigers' were treated to a new football operations area, which included team and staff locker rooms, an enhanced sports medicine facility featuring a weight room, nutrition oasis and equipment room, team and position meeting rooms, coaches' offices, as well as a Hydrotherapy area with recovery pools, and Hyroworx and lap pool.

Recreation, leisure, and competition all have homes in the four pools that comprise the center. The indoor facility features a 50-meter competition pool, dive tower and pool, and movaable floor. A separate leisure pool includes waterfall grottos, whirlpool spa, lazy river, and a cascading waterfall. There is also an outdoor lesiure pool.

It also includes a 7,000-squre-foot leisure pool with zero-depth entry, three stair entries, underwater benches, a water walk, play structure, various spray features, and a waterslide.

This includes several pools, Whirlpool hot tubs, and cold plunges. A 6-lane lap pool, 6-lane lesson pool, children’s leisure pool with zero-depth entry, and men and women’s locker room hot and cold spas are indoors. The 50,000-square-foot Beach Club space outside features a 6-lane lap pool, a leisure pool with zero-depth entry, waterslides, spa, and hundreds of pool chairs. Pool goers can visit the outdoor bistro and bar to order food and drinks or utilize a poolside bistro service.

This new addition to the Galveston Parks System will give the City the ability to provide fitness classes and swimming lessons. It will also provide the opportunity to offer community safety courses, such as first-aid, CPR, and lifeguard training.
- [LAMAR CISD NATATORIUM](https://landmarkaquatic.com/portfolio/lamar-cisd-natatorium/) - This state-of-the-art facility hosts a variety of activities for the schools and community. The aquatic components of this natatorium include a 9,250-square-foot stretch 25 competition pool with eight competition lap lanes and a 6-foot movable bulkhead to accommodate multiple racing and training configurations for both 25-yard and 25-meter swimming competitions. It also includes two 1-meter diving boards and one 3-meter diving board.
- [Lake of the Woods](https://landmarkaquatic.com/portfolio/lake-of-the-woods/) - Landmark Aquatic served as both the general contractor and designer on this design-build renovation of the Lake of the Woods pool in Columbia, MO. The project included a full mechanical upgrade with new filtration and feature pumps, chemical feed systems, gauges, and an autofill controller. Outside, we demolished portions of the existing deck and pool wall to construct a new zero-entry zone with three interactive water features, a double-flume slide, shade structures, new decking, and a fresh pool liner. An ADA lift, ladders, and Life Floor surfacing in the zero-entry area enhance accessibility and safety. This comprehensive renovation modernized the facility while expanding its play and leisure offerings for the community.
- [LAKE JACKSON LEISURE POOL](https://landmarkaquatic.com/portfolio/lake-jackson-leisure-pool/) - The plaster of the Lake Jackson Rec Center's leisure pool was in poor condition, flaky, and braking off in large chunks. The pool underwent a complete strip of plaster down to the concrete shell, and new quartz plaster was applied to an area of approximately 4,400 square feet. The main drain, or VGBA, covers were replaced. In addition, there was re-plumbing of the pump room to increase serviceability for operators. Schedule 40 PVC was replaced with schedule 80, and new flow meters were added as well.
- [KIRKWOOD HIGH SCHOOL](https://landmarkaquatic.com/portfolio/kirkwood-high-school/) - Completed in 2015, Kirkwood High School's 410,000-gallon, 25-meter indoor stretch competition pool provides a great opportunity to start building a program for both swimming and water polo. The $11 million natatorium can host dive and swim competitions simultaneously. The pool is equipped with a movable bulkhead, stair entry, 8 starting blocks, and two 1-meter diving boards.
- [KELLER POINTE](https://landmarkaquatic.com/portfolio/keller-pointe/) - Completed in August 2004, the facility showcases two bodies of water with the latest in multi-generational design, including a 6,100-square-foot indoor leisure pool with an open tube waterslide, closed flume waterslide, 200-square-foot whirlpool spa, four fitness lap lanes, and interactive play features. The second pool is a 10,900-square-foot outdoor leisure pool with an open tube waterside, lazy river, 1,250-square-foot sprayground, vortex, and interactive play features.

Landmark's scope of work on this project included providing concrete pool shells, deck equipment and ADA lifts, tile and coping, permanent fencing, and various aquatic equipment including variable frequency drives, plumbing, pumps and motors, main drains, filters, UV system, heater, Accu-Tab chlorination system, and more.
- [Jellystone Park - Tyler](https://landmarkaquatic.com/portfolio/jellystone-park-tyler/) - Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park - Tyler is located on 47 acres in the rolling hills of the East Texas Piney Woods and north of Tyler, Texas. The freshly renovated park features a new interactive water playground with a play structure, spray features, Life Floor slip-resistant flooring, and slides. In addition, there is a family swimming pool and a separate spa tub in the park's new Water Zone. Jellystone Tyler also features an 18-hole mini golf course, laser tag, gem mining, a variety of sports courts, nature trails, and more. There is fun for the whole family!

The district invested approximately $5 million in site improvements, which included demolition of the existing pool, playground, and splashpad, followed by construction of a modern aquatic center with a new pool, splash zone, playground, soccer field, and associated hardscaping and utilities. The indoor aquatic center features a lap pool equipped with 6 lap lanes, a Spectrum Aquatics ADA lift, and stair entry. The separate leisure pool is equipped with a lazy river, recreation area, and a zero-depth entry splashpad with Vortex spray features. The facility will eventually also include an outdoor water park.

This was an all-tile pool designed to accommodate water polo as well as high level collegiate competition. This project was designed by Counsilman-Hunsaker.
- [FORT WORTH MODERN ART MUSEUM](https://landmarkaquatic.com/portfolio/fort-worth-modern-art-museum/) - The Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth exemplifies the work of Japanese architect Tadao Ando through its simple geometry, incorporation of the natural environment, and very minimal material selections. Five long, flat-roofed pavilions appear to float atop the 1.5-acre reflection pond, which is reminiscent of other Ando projects.
- [FORT BEND ISD AQUATIC FACILITY](https://landmarkaquatic.com/portfolio/fort-bend-isd-aquatic-facility/) - This "training pool" has a lot to offer - From the pre-engineered steel structure, clad with semi-translucent roof panels, to the concrete shell and ceramic tiles gutters. With two fiberglass 6-foot bulkheads, Colorado Time Systems scoreboard and timing, the 75-foot by 213-foot, 930,000-gallon pool will accommodate any competitive and instructional configuration.
- [FOREST ISLAND PARK](https://landmarkaquatic.com/portfolio/forest-island-park/) - Forest Island's free-form amenity pool has curved borders that define several swimming areas, creating the impression of multiple pools. A 42-foot slide tower and spray areas add enjoyment, and a baby pool offers safe fun for the tiniest swimmers. Ample seating makes the pool a great place for socializing, and a nearby plaza provides an inviting picnic spot. The recreation center was expanded to include a new fitness pool. With a focus on staying in shape, the pool is designed to cater to those who enjoy individual and group exercise, with five lap lanes and an area for aerobic exercise. After the workout, residents can relax on the sun deck.
- [FLEET SWIMMING PUMP ROOM](https://landmarkaquatic.com/portfolio/fleet-swimming-pump-room/) - The renovation for Fleet Swimming's pump room included digging out and concreting a new pump pit. There was also an addition of variable frequency drives, flow meters, and two flooded suction pumps, which makes priming much easier for operator. In addition, repetitive TR-140 filters were removed and replaced with two high-rate sand filters, current water heaters were relocated, and the system was re-attached to chillers. This project increased safety, eliminated the need to step over piping, and made all equipment more serviceable.

The amenities include a resort-style courtyard with pool and sundeck, pet-friendly community with dog park & pet spa, grilling stations and outdoor gaming area, and more

In addition to the pool, a spray pad was constructed. Infrastructure construction included a new bath house, pool deck, and shade structures.

Both pools are equipped with stair entry and underwater bench seating.

Shippey Aquatic Center is located at the existing Pasadena ISD Veterans Memorial Sports Complex site in Pasadena, Texas. The 24,000-square-foot facility serves as the competition swimming and diving pool for the District’s aquatic athletics department. The 37-meter pool allows the District to host high school level swimming and diving competitions simultaneously.

There is a separate indoor lesson pool with 4 lap laps, stair entry, a second ADA lift, underwater bench seating, zero-depth entry, interative water features, and basketball hoop. The project also included an outdoor splashpad, making this facility perfect for individuals of all ages.
- [DAD'S CLUB LAP POOL](https://landmarkaquatic.com/portfolio/dads-club-lap-pool/) - The outdoor, 5-lane competition and lesson pool at the Dad's Club in Spring Valley was first built in the 1950s. The plaster was very discolored and the deck needed some work. Progressive was able to completely strip the 33-yard uniquely-shaped polygonal pool, and replace over 5,000-square-feet of plaster. The surrounding deck areas were also recoated, some missing and chipped blue tile was replaced, and black tile was added to both stair entries.
- [CRYSTAL LAKE PARK](https://landmarkaquatic.com/portfolio/crystal-lake-park/) - The Crystal Lake Park Family Aquatic Center features a treehouse-themed water playground with large dump bucket, climbing wall, sand play, and a streambed, all ideal for toddlers and preschoolers. There are three different slides, two of which are flume slides, and one drop slide. In addition, an 8-lane lap pool with a one-meter diving board is perfect for summer swim meets.
- [CRYSTAL BEACH AQUATIC PARK](https://landmarkaquatic.com/portfolio/crystal-beach-aquatic-park/) - The newly constructed Crystal Beach Aquatic Park preserved the “seashore” design of it's original facility while adding features that will serve individuals of all abilities: an activity tower for children, lap lanes, a lazy river, two slides, a diving board, a wet deck, chairs, and umbrellas. Crystal Beach Swimming Pool is a national landmark that was constructed in 1938 during the Great Depression by the Works Progress Administration. The City of Madison is proud to preserve the pool for future generations.
- [CRESTWOOD AQUATIC CENTER](https://landmarkaquatic.com/portfolio/crestwood-aquatic-center/) - The Crestwood Aquatic Center in Whitecliff Park opened on July 4, 2002, and features a 25-yard by 25-meter multi-purpose lap pool with two diving boards, large flume slide, climbing wall, family play pool with three slides and play features, lazy river, lily pad challenge area, and zero-depth entry. This project won the 2002 NSPI Silver Award.
- [COUNTRY VILLAGE LAP POOL](https://landmarkaquatic.com/portfolio/country-village-lap-pool/) - The Country Village Pool, a beautiful amenity of the North Briar HOA community, underwent a re-plaster of their lap pool and baby pool. Over 5,000-square-feet of plaster was removed from the pools. New quartz plaster was installed along with new water line and lane line tiles. The lane lines are a welcomed addition for the summer swim league. We also moved a railing on the stair entry to make entering and exiting the pool much easier for swimmers.

The courtyard features a three-tiered pool that includeds a leisure pool with stair entry and underwater bench seating, tanning ledge, and hot tub, as well as pool cabanas and deck chairs for relaxation and recreation.
- [CONROE ISD NATATORIUM](https://landmarkaquatic.com/portfolio/conroe-isd-natatorium/) - The CISD Natatorium, which was dedicated to Olympic diver Laura Wilkinson in April of 2023, is home of 2 world records, is one of the premier aquatics facilities for both high school and college in Texas, and in 2009 it was awarded "Best of Aquatics" by Aquatics International. This is a 16,007-square-foot, 65-meter natatorium consisting of a 50-meter competitive pool with constant 7-foot deep water venue, warm-up lanes, and a dive well featuring four 1-meter and two 3-meter DURAFLEX Olympic diving boards, a warm-up pool, and drip showers for diving participants.

The adjacent youth-adult pool brings the fun with volleyball and a basketball goal, and showcases a relaxing shallow water sun ledge complete with loungers. Adding ample shade and pool furniture have ensured this park will be a slam dunk!

The 6-lane pool incorporates matching tile work, gutter perimeter, and accessibility features to meet all staff needs.

The leisure pool is equipped with a zero-depth entry with a Water Odyssey alligator slide and spray features for young families, complete with an infinity edge overlooking the city of Austin. A fun addition to this project is the standalone SplashTacular open flume slide for riders of all ages.
- [COLLEGE STATION MIDDLE SCHOOL](https://landmarkaquatic.com/portfolio/college-station-middle-school/) - At College Station Middle School, an extensive renovation project was completed of the 8-lane competition pool and pump room. This project included incorporating anchors to facilitate an ADA lift and water polo goals, in addition to the installation of new stainless-steel handrails, ladders, and starting blocks. The facility’s pump room saw the installation of a new UV system, pump motor, an automated fill system, a chemical monitoring system, and an Acid-Rite chemical feeder. The renovation also included the replacement of the waterline, gutter, and parapet tile, with a restoration of the water polo course tile. The outdated sand filter system was replaced by a singular Neptune Benson high-rate sand filter. Creating a balance between innovation and sustainability, the Accu-tab chlorinator system and the preexisting pool heating system were reused, a new pool vacuum was procured, and the safety equipment was refurbished. Most notably, the entirety of the above-ground pool circulation piping underwent replumbing and the pool shell was replastered.
- [CLUB WESTSIDE](https://landmarkaquatic.com/portfolio/club-westside/) - Inspired by the tropical beauty of Maui, Westside Tennis Club collaborated with Progressive Commercial Aquatics, Inc. on a custom design-build project that would offer its members a resort experience unparalleled in the Houston area. Lush tropical landscaping surrounds over 1,000 linear feet of lazy river, 200 feet of action-river, a triple slide mountain, numerous waterfalls, rock work, and grottoes resulting in a unique member experience. A first in the United States slide feature, called the High Fly, allows guests to engage in a one-of-a-kind thrill similar to how a ski jumper feels at the moment of launch. This project was the merger of inspired design, creative engineering, and precise execution.
- [CITY OF SOUTHSIDE PLACE](https://landmarkaquatic.com/portfolio/city-of-southside-place/) - The new pool includes six lap lanes, a separated diving area with a drop slide and a shallow water teaching area that slopes from three to four feet. There is also a small, zero-depth entry pool that measures a foot-and-a-half at the deep-end and features a small spray pad with geysers for the little ones. Both are deck-level pools with lots of seating area, social space, shade structures and fans to bring people to the pool and keep them comfortable enough to stay there all day.

This modern facility includes a zero‑depth leisure pool with interactive water features, a six‑lane lap pool, and two 20‑foot tower water slides, all complemented by new piping, pump systems, pool heating, and extensive decking and bathhouse upgrades. Landmark’s team delivered the complete mechanical room, including filtration, pumps, and control systems, ensuring the pool opens for summer use and accommodates both recreation and lap swimming. This $5.7 million facility replaces the original 1960s pool and represents Gillette’s investment in a safe, high‑quality aquatic destination for decades to come.

This neighborhood is home to the beautiful Cathedral Basillica and the Barnes Jewish Medical Center as well as the growing innovation hub that technology district in the Cortex Innovation Community. The apartments feature a rooftop leisure pool with stair entry and underwater bench seating as well as multiple grills, outdoor seating, and picnic area.
- [Chasco Family YMCA](https://landmarkaquatic.com/portfolio/chasco-family-ymca/) - The CHASCO Family YMCA in Round Rock added a new 21,000-square-foot outdoor aquatic complex and expanded preschool to the public in 2024. The new complex features a leisure pool equipped with a Vortex aquatic play unit, SplashTacular waterslide, zero-depth entry splash pad, volleyball net, a Spectrum Aquatics ADA lift, and cabanas for families to lounge. This adds to the indoor lap pool and other aquatic features the YMCA previously had.

The upgrades include an expansion of the pool to 25 yards wide, 50 meters in length, with 10 lap lanes. The outdated equipment was replaced with state-of-the-art aquatic amenities, such as the two Paddock bulkheads, five Duraflex diving boards, and Spectrum Aquatics starting blocks and ADA Lift. In addition, the pool was equipped with a Neptune Benson Defender filter system, BECs chemical controllers, and Pulsar chemical feeders. This natatorium is a critical part of the multiple new additions to the High School.

Our team led the design and construction of a modern municipal aquatics facility—including separate pools for all age groups, in‑pool fountains, shaded areas, and a brand‑new state‑of‑the‑art splash pad. As part of our turnkey scope, we installed Life Floor slip‑resistant surfacing to enhance safety, integrated Neptune Benson filtration and an ETS UV sanitation system for superior water quality, implemented a BECS chemical controller for precise automation, and added engaging Vortex water‑feature attractions. Through this comprehensive approach, Landmark Aquatic ensured Bremen’s community enjoys a safe, high‑quality aquatic experience—all engineered and built by our expert team.

The facility features lap and leisure pools, an aquatic play unit, two slides, family warming tub, lazy river, coed sauna and steam room, and outdoor hot tub.

There is also a 8,000-square-foot leisure pool with zero-depth entry, participatory play structure, tot slide, 365-foot lazy river with various spray features, and a vortex.

- [BLUE SURF BAY WATERPARK](https://landmarkaquatic.com/portfolio/blue-surf-bay-waterpark/) - Blue Surf Bay Waterpark is a state-of-the-art indoor/outdoor facility constructed as an expansion to the Blue Springs, MO Fieldhouse. The indoor aquatic center features a 4-lane lap pool that includes a rock-climbing wall, waterfall, NinjaCross, and two diving platforms. Additionally, the indoor facility includes a leisure pool with a current channel, a separate splash pad equipped with Life Floor slip-resistant flooring, a water slide, sauna, and hot tub. Outdoors, Blue Surf Bay features a 40-foot slide tower with multiple slides. Additionally, the outdoor space includes a lazy river, a wave-ball pool with an attached activity pool, and a zero-depth entry pool with a play structure. One of the main attractions of the waterpark is a double surf simulator that allows visitors to try knee boarding or stand-up surfing.

The resort-style pool offers an inviting retreat for relaxation during warm days, while the 8-lane lap pool provides an ideal setting for rigorous swimming workouts. For younger visitors, the water playground allows hours of entertainment and activity. The pool is equipped with underwater bench seating, a Spectrum Aquatics ADA Lift, as well as both stair and zero-depth ramp entries, ensuring accessibility and comfort for all guests
- [BELTON HIGH SCHOOL](https://landmarkaquatic.com/portfolio/belton-high-school/) - In April of 2017, Belton voters approved a $20 million bond issue funding construction projects for the Belton School District #124. The bond financed the construction of additions and improvements to the high school campus, including adding an additional 25 classrooms, a gymnasium, an aquatic center, and more. The Aquatic Center features a 4,800-square-foot competition pool with eight 25-yard lap lanes, two 1-meter diving boards, an ADA ramp and stair entry, and new timing system.
- [BELTERRA SPLASHPAD](https://landmarkaquatic.com/portfolio/belterra-splashpad/) - Nestled on 1,600 acres of rolling hills, located just minutes southwest of downtown Austin, Belterra is a private community with big trees, pristine landscaping, and luxurious amenities already in use by many happy homeowners. One of these amenities is The Retreat, which is home to the community's children's splashpad. This splashpad is equipped with Life Floor slip resistant flooring, installed by Landmark Aquatic, and multiple water spray features.
- [BELLAIRE HIGH SCHOOL NATATORIUM](https://landmarkaquatic.com/portfolio/bellaire-high-school-natatorium/) - The Bellaire High School Natatorium was a part of a major school renovation. The facility includes an 8-lane, 75-foot pool with competitive starting blocks as well as a water polo configuration. The facility serves the high school swimming program and other district swim activities and meets.
- [BASTROP STATE PARK](https://landmarkaquatic.com/portfolio/bastrop-state-park/) - The extensive renovations, which cost the state park system about $500,000, replaced the plumbing, mechanical equipment, chlorination system and resurfaced all three sections of the pool. Visitors will also notice new handrails, ladders, and a wheelchair lift. The pool has been a main attraction at the state park since it was completed in 1937. For the past six seasons, the pool has been operated by the Bastrop YMCA, which supplies lifeguards, offers swim lessons, summer day camps, and community events.

The outdoor zero-entry pool features two large slides, water toys, a small splash pad, and an overhead shade structure. The pool can be heated and has an advanced energy-efficient filtration system.
- [BALMORHEA STATE PARK](https://landmarkaquatic.com/portfolio/balmorhea-state-park/) - The extensive repair project included the creation of cofferdams, salvaging of the historic diving board and brick around the pool edge and demolition of concrete around the diving board area. In addition, the existing distressed wall and backfill was removed, a new footing foundation was installed, backfill was replaced and a new wall was constructed.

Both the hot tub and pool contain underwater benches and stair entry. Designed for relaxation and visual appeal, the pool features underwater seating, spacious deck areas, and a modern layout that complements the upscale courtyard environment. Landmark was responsible for the full installation of the mechanical, filtration, and chemical control systems, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operation. This amenity enhances the resident experience by providing a stylish and inviting space for leisure and community gathering.
- [ANGLETON ISD AQUATIC CENTER](https://landmarkaquatic.com/portfolio/angleton-isd-aquatic-center/) - The impressive Angleton ISD Aquatic Center features a 197-foot by 75-foot competition pool, with 8 long-course lanes and 24 short-course lanes. The facility is equipped with Defender Regenerative Filters, Hanovia UV, and an automated water chemistry system that includes Accu-Tab. With the addition of Great Big Bopper heating and cooling technology, the district can now host major swimming and diving competitions, along with basic swimming lessons, life safety courses, and athlete training.
- [ALLIGATOR'S CREEK](https://landmarkaquatic.com/portfolio/alligators-creek/) - Located in Civic Park, Alligator's Creek is one of the finest outdoor aquatic centers in the area with exciting features for all ages. This design/build project is an outdoor facility with three water slides, a one-meter spring diving board,long lazy river with a zero-depth beach entrance, splashpad for kids of all abilities, floating bridge, interactive water playground, family-friendly whirlpool or vortex, and a multi-lane lap pool.
- [ALIEF NEIGHBORHOOD CENTER](https://landmarkaquatic.com/portfolio/alief-neighborhood-center/) - This $52 million project set on a 37-acre park is a one-of-a-kind center for the City of Houston, which houses multiple city departments, such as Health and Human Services, Parks and Recreation, and a public library, all under one roof. The new Alief Neighborhood Center includes a skate park, health center, numerous sports fields, and a 4,300-square-foot leisure pool. The pool features four lap lanes, an underwater bench, zero-depth entry, two stair entries, volleyball net, basketball hoop, and a family slide. The pool can host various swimming and learn-to-swim programs.
- [ALICE MULTI-USE COMPLEX](https://landmarkaquatic.com/portfolio/alice-multi-use-complex/) - Progressive Commercial Aquatics, Inc. worked with Hanson Professional Services Inc., H20 Design and Marshall Construction to design and build an indoor 25-yard stretch competition pool with a diving well and a movable bulkhead, and an outdoor leisure pool, complete with a slide tower that includes open and closed-flume slides, a play structure, zero-depth and stair entries, a lazy river, and underwater seating.
- [ALAMO HEIGHTS NATATORIUM](https://landmarkaquatic.com/portfolio/alamo-heights-natatorium/) - The new swimming pool complex for the Alamo Heights Independent School District tripled the size of its past pool and is accessible to the community. It seats 400 spectators and allows for flexible configurations that include a 25-meter course and warm-up areas, a 25-yard course with diving blocks, and a 25-meter pool for water polo.
- [AGNES NOLTING AQUATIC COMPLEX](https://landmarkaquatic.com/portfolio/agnes-nolting-aquatic-complex/) - The 9,250-square-foot pool located in Main Park includes features that can accompany everyone in your family. Features include zero-depth entry, splashpad, flume slide, 6-lane 25-yard lap pool, climbing wall, 1-meter diving boards, and a basketball hoop. This project also includes LifeFloor surfacing, foam-rubber flooring with barefoot traction.
- [A&M UNIVERSITY GALVESTON](https://landmarkaquatic.com/portfolio/am-university-galveston/) - At A&M University’s Galveston campus, Landmark Aquatic performed a complete renovation of the 6-lane competition pool and pump house, both built in 1972. Inside the mechanical room, two new pumps and a stacked horizontal fiberglass sand filter system replaced the outdated equipment. Landmark Aquatic also replaced the heater, and installed Accu-Tab and Acid-Rite chemical systems. Outside, a climbing wall and shade structures were added. A deep swim out shelf was built into the pool that helps with scuba diving classes and a sun-shelf was added for recreational purposes. The gutter system was removed and converted to a new skimmer system, and the main drains and plumbing were updated. To make the pool look pristine, decking, tile and coping, and plaster were redone. With these renovations, A&M is now equipped with a state-of-the-art facility comprised of the latest technology.
- [3701 Lindell Blvd](https://landmarkaquatic.com/portfolio/3701-lindell-blvd/) - This rooftop pool was in dire need of renovations in order to keep operating. Structural repairs were made to the stainless-steel pool with new plumbing, upgraded filter equipment, new gutter grating, new main drains, and a re-coated pool deck.
